Remember cancellation made with less than a 24-hour notice after scheduling visits significantly limits our ability to make the appointment available for another patient in need. We require 24 hours to request an appointment cancellation.

Appointments not canceled in the time frame will be assessed a fee of $75 for late cancellations and missed appointments. After 3 missed appointments, the patient is dismissed from the practice.
